What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer on a small team.
• Knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem, apps, and API’s. If you’ve only worked on Shopify stores before, this is not for you.
• Strong experience with React, Node.js, and Firebase. 
• Well-versed in Cursor and Devin, and using AI to do more in less time.
• A ‘Get Stuff Done’ mentality and ability to be proactive, see problems and work through them independently
• Strong technical English skills, both written and spoken

• Innovate our flagship product: Make our product AI first, while being AI native internally. We expect high velocity and are open to experiment with tools.
• Customer obsession: Work with the CS team and the founders to solve customers problems and prioritize the roadmap.
• Make us a better team: Optimize our process and help us improve product velocity

Recruitment Process

1. Pre-screening: An initial video call with our founder
2. Technical Discussion: Questions about your previous work (written)
3. Team Round: A technical session with select team members.
4. Real-World Assignment: A paid weekly assignment within our code base to showcase your skills.
